Over the past 22 years, we’ve cultivated a host of services designed to allow boaters to simply show up and enjoy themselves with every possible convenience and comfort.
Lake Lewisville Boat Rentals at Cottonwood Creek Marina
Our boat rental options cater to families who love a North Texas summer cruise, and our location is perfect for a boat ride paired with a picnic on our rolling shoreline or in Cottonwood Park. We offer a wide selection of pontoons, tritoons, and kayaks. Our pontoons include 2022 Benningtons that seat 10 and “silver,” “gold,” and “platinum”-level 2024 pontoons that offer additional luxuries. We offer a muscular 200-horsepower Massimo Lounge tritoon, and we rent individual or tandem kayaks for pairs. See our “Boat Rentals” page for explicit details.
Ship Store and Fuel Docks
Eight full-service fuel docks await boaters spending a full day on Lake Lewisville, and a ship store that welcomes you to come inside for lake apparel, footwear, motor oil, safety gear, boat hardware, first aid, and snacks and drinks to keep you going all afternoon. Our dockhands stand by to serve 89 Octane (mid-grade) fuel with Primrose fuel treatment and a full-service pump-out at no cost.
Safe, Secure, Welcoming Lake Lewisville Boat Storage
Our 393 covered and open slips are spaciously aligned across eight docks, include full electricity and water, a pump-out station, and docks lined with a pleasing aggregate concrete pebbled walking surface. Members are invited to dock parties and events, along with (optional) access to private shore ports for personal watercraft. We are an official HydroHoist dealership and offer boat hoists for rent and sale, as well as options for dock boxes, trailer storage, and customized deck build-outs.
Conveniences and Security
Cottonwood Creek Marina is a deep-channel Lake Lewisville marina at 27-feet resting depth, and all guests have access to free high-speed Wi-Fi, private restrooms and showers, picnic facilities with grills, and proximity to two parks, the Cottonwood Sports Complex, and the 1.7-mile Cottonwood Park Nature Trail. The grounds are protected by a 24-hour security system, with electronically-controlled access gates to the docks.
Weekly Slip and Dock Cleaning for Tenants
Our service is predicated on a full attention to detail, and is reflected in our dedication to helping tenants keep their environment pristine. We provide a weekly powerwashing of all walkways, the ship’s store exterior, and fuel docks. We dust and remove all spiderwebs, and we have an optional fall-and-winter Rodent Treatment Program that allows tenants to pay a small fee in the down-season, and we’ll implement and maintain preventative measures for off-season pests within your slip.
Boat Cleaning and Make-Ready Service
The ideal scenario for any Lake Lewisville angler, watersports enthusiast, or leisure-cruising family is to show up and everything is perfectly ready. We offer a pre-launch make-ready service for boaters, and will also flush and clean the vessel upon return. Call ahead to request the full service for $45 or request one-half of the service for $25.
Lake Lewisville Boat Service Center at Cottonwood Creek
We are home to a cozy boat service center that offers basic services for Lake Lewisville boaters. We are equipped for “make-ready” detailing tasks, battery changes, and foundational boat care tasks. We refer our customers to a list of preferred mechanics for larger maintenance and repair needs, and you can find a list of them on the “Dealerships and Vendors” page.
