The Cottonwood Marina is the greatest experience on Lake Lewisville! The staff is super friendly and keep the marina in top shape. The store and restrooms are extra clean. You can spend hours out there and see the best views.

Along with the adjacent Park, the Cottonwood Creek Marina is Little Elm/Frisco’s best kept secret. By far, the prettiest and most peaceful spot in the area all matched with the warmth of people like Dave and Elizabeth!! Enjoy!!

Absolutely the best marina on Lake Lewisville—hands down. Ryan and Hunter, who oversee operations, are incredibly helpful and always a pleasure to work with. The entire staff is consistently kind, professional, and welcoming to both me and my guests. The rates for wet slips and trailer storage are very reasonable, and I especially appreciate the ability to lease a HydroHoist and dock box as amenities. Couldn’t be happier with this marina. Great people, great service, and an unbeatable setup!
