Whether constructing a new deck or leasing existing deck, Lessee understands that the purchase entitles the Lessee use of the deck for the life of his/her contract. If the Lessee does not renew his/her contract, the deck will remain the property of Cottonwood Creek Marina to be used as Cottonwood Creek Marina sees fit.
