The Marina Association of Texas has awarded Cottonwood Creek Marina the “Outstanding Marina of the Year” award six different times (2004, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2019, 2023). No marina has won more. Our dedication to provide the most complete marina on Lake Lewisville is paired with a value to preserve the land upon which we exist. We have been a Certified Clean Texas Marina since 2004, a nationally recognized certification that codifies our commitment to environmental stewardship.
